Eliza is a clinical cardiologist specialising in valvular heart disease and advanced echocardiography imaging. She graduated with Honours from Monash University and completed cardiology and echocardiography training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, followed by an advanced echocardiography fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, a world-renowned teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. She has expertise in the assessment of structural heart disease and provides intraprocedural guidance including advanced techniques such as 3D imaging, for transcatheter procedures. Eliza is the lead structural echocardiologist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, and works privately at the Epworth Hospital and Cabrini Health.
